The Jacksonville Jaguars are ready to move on from Leonard Fournette, and we might have a clue why.

Fournette is expected to attract interest due to his on-field production. According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, however, there are some character concerns about the running back.

“Fournette presents some challenges because it’s not the production — he’s a good player, he will have a market — his talks will intensify in the coming days leading up to the draft,” Fowler said on SportsCenter Sunday, via Garrett Stepien of 247 Sports. “But there are some character concerns. He’s had some issues with coaches there in Jacksonville. So I’m told, from people who have worked with him, if you go into a new locker room, there could be some problems, potentially.”

Fowler expects Fournette to be traded despite these concerns, and named the Detroit Lions as a potential team to watch.

The Jaguars have already started shopping Fournette as they look to reset the franchise and cut salary. He may be the biggest name to move before Thursday’s draft.
